Cancellation Policy

For students:

• All lessons must be scheduled at least 48 hrs. in advance

• All lessons must be canceled at least 24 hrs. in advance for a full 100% refund.

• If you cancel a lesson less than 24 hrs. in advance there will be no refund. No exceptions.

• In the case of an emergency, please contact nyenekondoe@gmail.com for further discussion.
